I'm really sorry you received your item like this and I understand you are angry because of it but it has nothing to do with us or with Amazon in general.
As you can see this was Fulfilled by Amazon order which means it was sent from Amazon's warehouse and has nothing to do with us.
In general it has nothing to do with Amazon as well because on checkout there is an option if you want Amazon Box and I assume you didn't ticked that and that's way only label was put on the packaging.
I'm really sorry once again but in this case you can try returning the item to Amazon if they will allow it as I say in this case it has nothing to do with Amazon because they never received box request from you and you need to be aware that they have millions orders daily they need to send.
