I am sorry you experienced this issue with our styler, it is not what I would expect from one of our products.
In order for our Faults department to identify what has gone wrong, could you please use the attached free post label to return the item to?
Important! Please, make sure that the post office person scans the bar code in the upper left-hand corner of the label, so you won't be charged for shipping. Note that we use this generic label for all our pre-paid returns in the UK. If the post office refuses to use the label, please get back to us as we won’t be able to refund shipping costs.
The postage label works only in the UK. Please retain proof of postage after returning the parcel.
If you are not returning the parcel from the UK please get back to us.
Please make a note inside the packaging of your full address, order ID (AFC1075815) and this ticket number (2417017) to identify the item upon arrival.
Please note that if the item is working fine upon checking, it will be returned to the customer!
